"Good Morning Miss Brooke", a lady greeted Natalie.

"Good Morning Haley", she greeted back to her personal assistant.

Entering her office, Natalie took a drink from her personal mini refrigerator, which is a can of coffee and begin sipping its contents from the can itself. It has been a few years ever since the life changing point of her life where, out of no where, she is now a millionaire.

Remembering that moment in the past, Natalie was never who she is actually. She is in fact formerly a man, named Danny, who comes from a poor background with nothing much except his wits and guts to survived. Life have always been plain for that man, as much of his time is being spend to live on to the next day with whatever he have with him.

Aside being poor, Danny is a little bit of a gambler, as occasionally, if he managed to earn more money than his usual earnings, he would spend it all out buying lottery tickets, hoping it would change his luck by winning big, which does not happen at all. This happens all the time until one day, he found a pink lottery ticket in the stack of tickets that he buys recently.

Danny kept that ticket until the very day for the announcement of the draw results, where it will be broadcast life on television for all viewers out there. Watching with excitement, he hopes to finally wins the jackpot which has its prize value at the moment at $888 million.

"38", the first number in his lottery ticket was announced, catching his attention.

At the same time, the pink lottery ticket that he is holding in his hands begin to glow. With every number printed in the ticket being announced, its glow begin to intensify, signaling a build up of a kind of energy in the lottery ticket itself. Danny however, is too fixated at the television as he is more concern of his winnings for the big prize money.

When the last number is being announced, an energy blast exploded right in front of him. It was the ticket, having reaching it full power, it begin to perform its actions just as being instructed by its creator, who is a witch. The blast happened at point blank at his face, knocking him up in the process and at the same time, infusing some transformation magic into his body.

While Danny is unconscious, the magic begins to transform his body. Staring with his clothes, it transformed his shirt into a tank top and his shorts into a skirt, along with those clothing, it also transformed his singlet into a plain bra while his boxers turned into panties.

Though it is awkward to a man dressed in woman's clothing, this awkwardness does not last long, as the magic begins to shape him into a proper woman. His manhood recedes into his body, making the grossly looking bulge to vanish away.

His chest, that is flat, starts to grow a pair of attractive bosoms with some body mass from his belly, which will soon fills up the empty spaces of the bra that is waiting for them, this is followed by some portions of his body mass moving to his hips, causing it to flare out womanly.

For his head, his short hairs soon grew up to her hips. Danny's masculine face soon become feminine, with his eye lashes becoming long and his lips puffed up along with its complimentary features. His hands and legs soon slenderized, along with his body arranging itself into a ladylike figure that any man will go crazy on sight and any woman would die for. With all these features in place, Danny is now officially a woman and no longer a man.

"Mr. Brooke, wake up Mr. Brooke", a voice called Danny, causing him to be aroused from his unconsciousness.

Getting up, she saw a middle aged lady sitting beside her in her business suit.

"Who are you?" she asks her, not aware of her new ladylike voice.

"I'm Emily Willows from Absolute Arcane Deals", the lady introduced herself.

"Absolute Arcane Deals?" Danny reacted to the answer in a dazed and puzzling manner.

"Yes, I am a witch with the AAD and I am here to have your confirmation of the deal that we are giving you now", declared Emily to her latest client.

Shocked that she did not acquire such services before, Danny jumped up from her couch only to lose her balance and fall into the bosoms of the witch sitting beside her. With her new body reaction to the sensations, she now realize that something is not right with her. Understanding what is going on, Emily showed Danny her new form with a mirror, causing her to shocked.

"What has happen to me?" she exclaimed with a distressed tone.

"What you see now is the deal we are offering you, Mr Brooke. Your desires to this bargain ticket is to win the jackpot right?" asked Emily.

"Yes, that is what I wanted. But why I am now a woman?!" shouted Danny.

"This is the price you need to pay for your desires", the witch answered. "For your desires to be fulfilled, we will take away the thing that you value most as the payment."

Upon hearing her answer, Danny understood why she is now a woman. What the witch says is true, Danny has great pride being who he truly are as a man. Strength, stamina and anything that has strong ties with masculinity, he loved it so much as it had made him who he is all these while.

"What if my answer is no to this deal?" she asks Emily.

"All will be restored back to normal, and you will never remember this event has happened", the witch replied in a polite yet firm tone.

"You mean I will get to be turned back into a man but lose the Jackpot money?" she inquired.

"Yes", answered Emily. "But you will be provided with the time and means to consider your choice, that is why I am here Mr. Brooke."

"How much time do I have?" said Danny, expressing her concerns on the matter.

"48 hours, but as you have been unconscious for 10 hours just now, that means you have 38 hours left", the witch informed him.

These words got Danny into thinking, she wanted the money, yet at the same time, she doesn't want to lose her identity as a man. But as the witch has assured her that she will be provided with the assistance to understand her choices, she decided to allow the witch to consult her in this matter.

Wasting no time, Emily took her off for her crash course on how to live her life as a woman. With that little amount of time they have, they did a lot of things within 24 hours, like shopping, grooming, and everything that is relevant of living life as a lady. Through the whole duration of the course, Danny begin to see the pros and cons of being a woman, helping her to evaluate to either accept the deal or not.

Eventually, Danny realize that she is just too attached of being a man. All she ever wanted is to have a better life, and losing her former identity is quite a small price to pay, unlike ultimate price such as losing love ones. Knowing that change is always necessary for progress, she come to accept that having the money from the jackpot will allow her to progress even better in life.

"What is your choice Mr. Brooke?" the witch asks her of her decision.

"I'll take the offer, you can call me Miss Brooke now, Mr. Brooke no longer suits me", declared Danny, who now chooses the name Natalie as her new identity.

"Very well Miss Brooke, a pleasure doing business with you", replied the witch with a smile.

With that, the witch soon teleported off from Natalie's home which concludes the deal between them. With $888 million in her possession, she decided to take a holiday around the world first before investing it in various businesses and committing some into charity.

"Miss Brooke, it's time", a voice called Natalie, breaking her from her reflections of her past.

"Let's get going Haley", she answered to her assistant.

Natalie move out of her office and to the meeting room, where she look forward for a good business dealings with one of her potential clients for her company.
